Ecclesiastes
This study is an overview of the New Testament from Matthew through
Revelation. It also includes the 400 year period of history from the
end of the Old Testament to the beginning of the New Testament.
Come and learn what the social, economic, cultural and religious
background for the New Testament is all about. You will get a clear
understanding about the problems and ideas that Jesus and Paul had
to contend with.
Sundays 10 am in Fellowship Hall with Rev Dr. Lois Black
Passionate Worship
Passionate Worship means worship that connects people to God,
worship that people enter into with expectancy, and with the
anticipation that God desires to speak to them and connect to them.
Whether traditional, blended, or contemporary, Passionate Worship is
authentic, connecting, and sustaining.
Sundays 10 am in Library with Ellin Heard
Sharing the Good News
Evangelism in its simplest form is introducing our friends to
Jesus. We need to know what evangelism really means - and does not
mean - to get over our fear and get comfortable and excited to do
what we are called as Christians to do. God will not allow our
fear, intimidation, or lack of knowledge or experience to prevent
Him from using us to help a seeker find Him, we just need to trust.
Jesus' original plan was to enlist men who could bear witness to His
life and carry on His work after He returned to the Father, and that
is still His plan for us today. The way to transform the world is
by transforming individuals and we are to do so by studying His plan
and showing the same genuine concern for all humanity as Jesus shows
us in His walk.
