“Stronger Together: Empowering Parents to understand and overcome local dangers” with Eric Southward

Are you excited that your child enjoys school but at the same time anxious that they might experience bullying or be exposed to drugs? You want to be a guide but realize that the school they attend is not the same with you went to years ago? If this is your story, we have good news for you.

First United Methodist Church of Yuba City is hosting its 2nd Community Talks featuring Eric Southward, Yuba City Police Department School Resource Officer and former Marine. His wealth of knowledge and experience will equip parents like you with practical strategies to safeguard your children against pressing local challenges like bullying, gang influence, and substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, and vaping). Light supper will be provided with free admission.
